There are two ways to add an image into the Rich Text Editor (RTE), here are the steps for both methods:
Method 1 - "Toolbar Button":
- Click the
 button in the RTE toolbar.
- Your computer's file browser will be displayed. Select the image file you'd like to add.
- An "Uploading" progress bar will be displayed and your image will be added to the RTE field.
Method 2 - "Drag & Drop":
Please note:
- The following method is supported in the following web browsers:
- Windows: Firefox, and Chrome
- Mac: Firefox, Chrome, and Safari
- Currently this method is not supported in Internet Explorer version 8, 9, or 10 - due to browser limitations.

- When you're editing an RTE field, simply drag the image file from your computer and "drop" it right into the RTE field.
- Once you "drop" the image file into the RTE, an "Uploading" progress bar will be displayed and your image will be uploaded to the RTE field.
- After your image has been uploaded, it is displayed in the RTE field exactly where you "dropped" it.
