How do I change the status of a "Trigger"?

To change the status of a "Trigger":

  • Login to Accompa using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  • Click Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your Accompa system.
  • Choose Business Rules from the menu.
  • Click  Edit (or delete) triggers link under the object you'd like to change the trigger's status for.
  • Click  edit link next to the trigger with a status you wish to change.
  • You will be taken to the "Edit Trigger" page.
  • Select the "Status" at the bottom of the page from one of the following options:
    • "In Development" - Applies the trigger to actions by 'Administrator' users only.
    • "Deployed" - Applies the trigger to actions by all users.
    • "Inactive" - "Turns off" the trigger without deleting it.
  • Once you have chosen the desired setting, click the "Save" button.
