How do I cancel my Accompa account?

To permanently cancel your Accompa account:

  • Login to your account using an account that has 'Administrator (with Billing)' privileges.
  • Click Settings on the top-right, and select Manage Billing from the menu.
  • In the resulting page, click Permanently Cancel Entire Account link - and follow instructions on screen.

Once you do this, we will start the process of permanently canceling your account. As soon as we complete this process (no more than 5 business days from the time of your cancellation request), we will send a confirmation email to you. After this, your account will not be charged any longer.

Canceling is that simple - no questions asked, no cancellation fees!
