How do I customize the page size of exported Excel files?

 Print This

By default, Accompa exports XLS files in the "US Letter" paper size. However, you can use the "Customize Export Format" feature to change this. Here are the steps:

  • Login to Accompa using your account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  • Click Settings on the top-right, and select Customize Accompa from the menu.
  • In the resulting page, scroll to the "Customize Export Format" section.
  • Then click the "Excel page size" picklist, and select from one of the following page sizes:
    • Letter (8.5 in x 11 in)
    • Legal (8.5 in x 14 in)
    • A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
    • A3 (297 mm x 420 mm)
  • Your changes are saved automatically.

Please note that the above feature needs to be enabled for your account. Please contact us and request this to be enabled.
