What does clearing a "Suspect Link" do?

 Print This

When a user updates a record, Accompa automatically flags the relationships (aka links) between that record and records that are directly downstream as “Suspect Links.”

Once you update the downstream record whose relationship is marked as a "suspect link" (or if you determine that the downstream record does not need to be changed) - you can "Clear" that "Suspect Link". This will remove the "suspect link" flag, and will log an entry into the "Activity History" of that record.
