What types of "Trigger Actions" are available?

When the "Trigger Conditions" are met, the "Trigger Actions" will be executed. You can set up the following types of "Trigger Actions" in Accompa:

  1. "Send Email"
    • Use this "Trigger Action" to send an automatic email to an person or a group of people when the "Trigger Conditions" are met.
    • Also, when you select the "Execute this trigger daily" option as
    • You can customize the email that's sent to include details like the "Title" & "Description" of the record, the "Status", etc.
  2. "Update Fields"
    • This "Trigger Action" allows you to automatically update picklist fields when the "Trigger Conditions" are met.
    • For example, you can have a trigger automatically assign a user as a "Reviewer" when a requirement's "Status" field is changed to "Ready for Review".

 

Please note: It can take between 15-60 seconds after a Trigger's conditions are met for it to fully process.
