Can I attach files to a use case?

Yes.

You can attach files (such as Word, Excel, image files, etc) to a use case easily. To do so:

  • Go to 'Use Case Details' page of the desired use case. (How do I do this?)
  • Scroll down to  Attachments section, and click Add button.
  • A pop-up will open. Follow instructions on screen to attach a file.
    • If you complete 'Notes' and 'Tags' fields in the pop-up, you will be able to search for this attachment using those terms.
