Accompa makes it easy for you to restrict certain users so that they can only access a subset of the requirements on your system.
For example, let us assume that you'd like to restrict some users so that they can only access requirements for a specific client/customer or perhaps a specific product line.
You can achieve this by following these steps:
- Create a space for that specific client or product line
- Assign users to that space
- (Optional) Move existing requirements, if any, into that space
Once you've completed the above steps - those users can only access requirements in that specific space, and any requirements they add will be displayed in that space as well.
These steps enable you to create users who can access only a subset of the requirements on your Accompa system. |
