 Print This

Here are the steps to create a new "Integration" (Accompa-JIRA integration):

  1. Login using an account that has Administrator privileges.
  2. Click Settings at the top-right of your Accompa system.
  3. Click the  JIRA Integration link from the resulting menu.
  4. Then click on the Manage all integrations link in the "Manage Integrations" section.
  5. In the resulting page, complete the following fields in the "Add New Integration" section:
    • "Integration Name"
    • "JIRA Project"
    • "Integration Type"
    • "Master Application" - this will determine which record (either in JIRA or Accompa) shall be given precedence over the other in case of conflict
  6. Then once you've completed these fields, click the Add button to create your new integration.

Now that you've created your new integration, the next step is to map the objects between your Accompa and JIRA systems.

Please note:

  • All integrations are "Paused" by default. Click the Activate link to turn on your integration.
