 Print This

Sometimes you may have a need to edit a batch of use cases at the same time. Examples: To make a person the "Owner" of all use cases for a given product -or- To change the status of all use cases in a given release.

You can achieve this using "Mass Modify" function in Accompa.

  • Login using an account that has 'Full User'  or  'Administrator' privileges.
  • Go to a SmartView that contains the use cases you'd like to modify.
  • Click Actions above the table - and in the menu that appears, select
Mass Modify All or  Mass Modify Selected.
    • "Mass Modify All": Modify all use cases contained in that SmartView.
    • "Mass Modify Selected": Modify only some of the use cases contained in that SmartView.
  • Follow on-screen instructions to modify all or some of the use cases contained in that SmartView.
