I forgot my password, and I don't know my 'Secret Answer'. What should I do now?

NOTE: Due to account security reasons, Accompa personnel are unable to directly reset your password in this scenario. We request you to follow the steps listed below.

Please contact the Administrator of your organization's Accompa account, and request them to "Reset" your password. Once they do so, you will receive an email containing your new password. Depending on your email system and network traffic, this email may take a few minutes to arrive.
