The "GDPR Compliance Mode" enables multiple features for your system to bring it into compliance with GDPR. These features include:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) consent form
- With "GDPR Compliance Mode" enabled, users will be required to agree to a "PII Consent Form" before accessing your Accompa system. Each user's consent is tracked on their "Edit User Account" page.
- Delete user's PII from Accompa system
- Using the "GDPR Delete" option will completely remove all of a user's PII from your Accompa system. Please note that this type of user deletion cannot be reversed.
- Allow users to withdraw PII consent
- At any time, users can exercise their right to be forgotten by withdrawing their PII consent. This can be done on their "Edit My Account" page.
