What happens when I enable "SSO Login" for a user account?

 Print This

Once you enable "SSO Login" for a user account, that user cannot login using his Accompa password.

The user can only login using the "SSO Method" you've selected in the "Configure SSO" page of your Accompa account.

Note:
* During periods when your company's SSO Web Service is unavailable or malfunctioning, users whose accounts have been "SSO Login" enabled cannot log in to Accompa.

* We recommend that you do not enable "SSO Login" for Administrator users. If your Accompa administrators were SSO users and your SSO server had an outage - they would not be able to log in to Accompa in order to deactivate SSO.
