Yes, you can achieve this using the "Clone" function.

To do this:

1. Go to "Use Case Details" page of the existing use case. (How do I do this?)
2. Click  Clone button in the top portion of that page to create a new use case by copying it.
3. You can edit the newly created use case further from the resulting page.
