Yes.

You can attach links (also referred to as URLs or hyperlinks) to a requirement easily. To do so:

• Go to 'Requirement Details' page of the desired requirement. (How do I do this?)
• Scroll down to  Links section, and click Add button.
• A pop-up will open. Follow instructions on screen to attach a link.

You can use this to:

• Link external files, web pages, and intranet pages/files to your requirement.
• Link your requirement to bugs or test cases in a web-based tool such as Bugzilla or Jira.
