Known limitations in Accompa-JIRA integration

 Print This

Here are a list of known limitations for our Accompa-JIRA integration:

  1. If you have a "Bi-directional" integration set up between Accompa and JIRA and you create a new requirement in Accompa that includes images in the "rich text field", those images are successfully sent to the corresponding JIRA issue as "Attachments".
    • Then, if you edit this JIRA issue, these edits will be sent to the corresponding Accompa requirement. However, the text and images in your Accompa "rich text field" will be overwritten with just text from the mapped JIRA field.
  2. For any existing records that have already been synced between your Accompa and JIRA systems, any images in the Accompa "rich text field" will be sent to JIRA only after the record has been updated in Accompa.
