What does "User-level ACL" do? How can I manage it?

"User-level ACL" helps you define a range of authorized IP addresses for a specific user.

You can manage "User-level ACL" by following these steps:

  1. Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  2. Go to Add User or Edit User page.
  3. Scroll down to Security Controls section of the page.
  4. Define desired ACL policies:
    • To apply "Company-level ACL" to this user, check the first checkbox.
    • To apply "Role-level ACL" to this user (if applicable), check the second checkbox.
    • To manually enter an IP address range for this user, check the third checkbox. Then enter desired IP address ranges using these guidelines.
    • If you select more than 1 checkbox - the user can access Accompa from IP addresses corresponding to any of the checkboxes that were checked.
  5. Click the "Save" button.
