What is "Password Reminder Requirement", and how do I set it?

"Password Reminder Requirement" works as follows:

  • Whenever your users enter a "Secret Answer" for the "Password Reminder" question - Accompa will force their answer to follow the requirements defined by you.

You can define the "Password Reminder Requirement" for your Accompa system by following these steps:

  1. Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  2. Click Settings on the top-right, and select Security Controls from the menu.
  3. In the resulting page, click  Define password policy link.
  4. In the page that appears, select desired frequency from  Password reminder requirement picklist.
  5. Click the "Save" button.
