How do I display use cases using "SmartViews"?

Accompa offers a powerful feature called SmartViews to enable you to view use cases that meet specific criteria.

Most likely, your Accompa system already has a number of SmartViews created by your Admins or other users (If no SmartViews are available yet in your system, you or your Admins will need to create a new SmartView first).

There are two methods to view use cases. Make sure you are logged in - you can do so by visiting https://www.accompa.com/login.html.

Method 1:

  1. Click Start tab of your Accompa system.
  2. Click Use Cases link under View section.
  3. A menu will appear that lists the SmartViews available to you. Select one of the SmartViews to view associated use cases.

Method 2:

  1. Click Use Cases tab of your Accompa system.
  2. Click SmartViews drop-down menu in the left-side of the screen and select "Use Cases".
  3. A menu will appear that lists the SmartViews available to you. Select one of the SmartViews to view associated use cases.
