To customize the formula used to calculate "ROI Scores":

  1. Login using an account that has 'Administrator' privileges.
  2. Click Settings on the top-right, and select Customize Accompa from the menu.
  3. In the resulting page, click Customize 'ROI Score' settings link.
  4. You can customize the formula used to calculate "ROI Score" in the page that opens.
