Responsibilities:
Seek out and engage prospective customers to drive the sale of Accompa’s industry-leading software for Product Management and Product Marketing teams in the high-tech industry.
Success will be based on your self-motivated drive and ability to generate high levels of prospecting activity and close new accounts. Work closely with your counterparts in an effective sales process that maximizes geographical coverage and revenue generation for Accompa. |
- Obtain and readily articulate a thorough understanding of Accompa's product and its relationship to a customer's business needs.
- Outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Successfully implement sales cycle management processes to meet and exceed revenue objectives.

| Measured Activities: |
- Revenue attainment on a monthly, quarterly and annualized basis.
- Outbound calling and e-mailing activity.
- Number of New, Qualified product demonstrations.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and penetrate comprehensive targeted account lists.
- Net new opportunities identified per week.

| Successful Candidates’ attributes include: |
- Ability and motivation to sustain high prospecting activity levels.
- Proven track record in selling software products to businesses of all sizes (small startups to Fortune-500 companies).
- Knowledge of salesforce.com or similar SFA tools.
- Sharp, self-motivated, hard-working, driven individual with 3-5 years inside sales experience, ideally with high tech and/or business software.
